Holi!

Holi festival

As I am sure you are all VERY much aware, the children had their own Holi celebration last week. They all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and related it back to their learning. This week, we have written some great news reports on the event.

Thank you all for your support with the event and apologies for any extra wash loads because of it!

Year 3 Homework 26.5.16

As it is half term next week we have found a really fun homework for the children to complete!

They need to go to this website: http://www.scholastic.com/teachers/story-starters/

and check out the amazing story starters.

We would like each child to have a go at creating their own stories using one of these super starters.

The children can present their stories however they would like to.

We look forward to reading some exciting tales after half term!

Thank you for your on going support,

Year 3 Team

Year 4 Swimming

This Thursday (26.5.16), will be the last swimming lessons for Mr Holman’s class this year. After half term, Mr Togher’s class will be going every Thursday, starting first Thursday back (9.5.16). Please ensure your child has their swimming kit with them every week.

We will also require 2 parent volunteers to come each week so we have enough adult supervision. If you are available to come, even if for a few sessions, your time will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

Year 4 Team
