Today in Miss Pallister’s class we made a model of the River Nile which had buildings and animals. We learnt that it floods once a year, leaving fertile silt on the land for farmers to grow their crops. On two sides of Egypt, there is a barren desert so neighbouring armies can’t get to their land easily. Written by Katie and Eloise.
I enjoyed learning about the Egyptians and the Nile River, and I especially loved making a 3D model of the Nile River.
