As part of our Science topic on Animals, year 3 have been looking at the diets of different animals. This week, we have been investigating what an owl eats and how it digests it’s food. We found out that the owl cannot digest fur and bones and so produces a pellet. We dissected some of these pellets to see if we could find out what our owls had been eating for dinner!
